Why is nasty gal so expensive

Save yourself the headache and never buy from this website - you'll never get your refund. I bought 7 items from Nasty Gal and not one of them fit properly, they were all too big in some spots usually the sleeves which can't be adjusted and too small in other spots. I am a have very normal proportions ,5ft'4in , so this shouldn't have been a problem.

The quality was terrible, very thin and the clothing had pilling. Such a waste of time and money. I would never buy from this store ever again. False advertising, terribly condescending customer service. What once was an awesome company is now a fraudulent fast fashion farm. Cheap clothing and cheap mindset. For real? What losers. Have fun going bankrupt again, the truth is ripping at the seams much like the crap they market as clothing.

This is the epitome of fast fashion - clothing that isn't always cheap but breaks within a few wears and crap quality. Package arrived ripped, kept getting updates on my 'Boohoo' order, I don't know if these brands are linked but if I knew they were connected would have never ordered from this company.
